Neil Peart was the drummer and lyricist for the rock group Rush and often considered one of the best rock drummers of all time. He was quite introspective about his work and in this interview he describes how his relentless pursuit of creative success was more important than raw talent. Sure this isn’t directly tied to TTRPGs but it’s a lesson many of us could take to heart.
